Serie A side Como are facing the possibility of losing Cesc Fabregas and are now considering a move for Alvaro Arbeloa.
Fabregas has been heavily linked with a move to Bayer Leverkusen and Como are looking to make sure that they are not caught off-guard, if the Spaniard does depart in the summer.
La Gazzetta dello Sport state that a meeting has been held between Fabregas and executives from Bayer Leverkusen and his words after Comoโs win over Cagliari left the clubโs quite surprised. They are now looking around for options and while Davide Ancelotti is a potential target, Alvaro Arbeloa also interests the Lariani.
He is seen as a young profile who wants to prove himself at the highest levels and he fits the bill of what Como want. They are looking to bring in someone from the Real Madrid โgalaxyโ and both Ancelotti and Arbeloa meet that requirement.
Carlo Ancelottiโs son is keen on making a name for himself in management and is interested in managing a club all on his own. A move for either of the two can potentially help Como is keeping Nico Paz at the club for longer.
