The Canadian strikerโs contract with Lille expires in June and there are a number of clubs in the race to land his signature after a tremendous season with the French outfits. Napoli are leading the race as of now as Davidโs entourage seeks to table their demands for the playerโs salary and commissions.ย
There is no question of a transfer fee but the strikerโs agentโs demands for a high commission fee and salary for the player is forcing Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis to sit down and negotiate.ย
