Serie A champions Napoli are keen on making a late signing and it could be Manchester Unitedโs Kobbie Mainoo, as they come close to landing Eljif Elmas and Rasmus Hojlund.

Antonio Conteโs side have made initial contact to know about the 20-year-old situation and have been informed that Manchester United want over โฌ50 million for the midfielderโs sale. That demand is indeed excessive for Napoli but they will keep an eye on the situation and make a formal move, if an opportunity emerges.
Mainoo has not played a single minute in the Premier League this season and has been on the bench in both games under Ruben Amorim.
With the World Cup approaching next year, he wants game time and leaving Manchester United can hand him that game time.
