Milanโ€™s Davide Calabria speaks after scuffle with manager Sergio Conceicao: โ€œWe cleared things upโ€

Serie A giants Milan grabbed a dramatic 3-2 win over Parma but it is what happened after the game that attracted a lot of attention.

The Rossoneri were 2-1 down by the 91st minute but things changed quickly as Tijjani Reijnders equalised and Samuel Chukwueze made it 3-2 in the very last minute.

After the final whistle, Conceicao came rushing towards Calabria and nearly came to blows, before being separated by the clubโ€™s staff, as he was seething with rage.

The defender spoke to the press after the game and said, as relayed by MilanNews: โ€œHonestly, these are things that happened on the pitch: a misunderstanding between the two of us, we wanted to play this game.

โ€œThe adrenaline was really high and we cleared things up, we didnโ€™t understand one thing about each other. We fixed things: it wonโ€™t be the first or the last time you see it. Itโ€™s common in football. I also apologize because itโ€™s not a nice thing. The most important thing is the team and having turned the game around.โ€

The defender has been linked with an exit from the club for months now and his future is uncertain, especially with the arrival of Kyle Walker. He wasnโ€™t impressive against Parma either and La Gazzetta dello Sport have stated that Conceicao was not happy with his presence at Lazzaโ€™s concert on Friday.
