Serie A giants Milanโs move for Manchester Unitedโs Marcus Rashford has now slowed down due to the concrete involvement of Barcelona.
The Englishman was supposed to respond to Milanโs offer yesterday through his entourage but that hasnโt quite arrived yet.
Corriere della Sera, as relayed by MilanNews, have reported that not only has Rashfordโs response not arrived, the move has actually slowed down. Barcelonaโs entry into the scenario has flattered the United star, who has seven goals in all competitions this season.
They are determined to make room for themselves in the squad by selling Ansu Fati. As a result, Rashfordโs entourage has asked Milan for more time to make a decision. The Rossoneri are still waiting, hoping that the response arrives soon. If it does not, they will move towards signing Kyle Walker.
The Rashford situation is why the Walker move is currently on stand by. If the Manchester City man arrives, Milan will have to sell a centre-back this month.
