Serie A giants Milan could be preparing themselves for their second major sale for the summer as Theo Hernandez is nearing a transfer to Atletico Madrid.
Gianluca di Marzio has reported that the Spanish club have increased their offer for the France international, having previously put forward a fee of โฌ15 million in the last few days. Now, the offer stands at โฌ20 million plus bonuses.
The feeling is that the two clubs are nearing a finishing line for a permanent transfer, after the initial offer was pegged back by the Rossoneri.
The likelihood is that the move will go through, with Hernandez having previously rejected a major offer from Al Hilal as he wanted to stay and play in Europe.
The left-backโs previous season wasnโt the greatest, even if he captained the club multiple times. He was also criticised for his performances and it is fitting that his exit is on the horizon.
