The transfer future of Comoโs talented young footballer, Nico Paz, has been settled, with his next destination confirmed as Real Madrid.
The information comes via transfer expert Alfredo Pedullร on AreaNapoli, indicating that while other major clubs, such as Inter, tried to get involved and use their connections to sign the player, Real Madrid consistently held the deciding influence over his next move.
The plan is for Paz to return to the Santiago Bernabรฉu next summer. Crucially, Pedullร stated that it is difficult to anticipate any complications or drawbacks that would prevent this return from happening, even amidst persistent transfer market speculation. This is reportedly why Como was confident in rejecting all other offers last summer, as they knew the final decision rested with the Spanish giants.
Tottenham were also linked with a move for the attacker in the summer. There were suggestions that they made offers too much these claims were later rubbished.
