Serie A side Juventus could be prepared to part ways with Andrea Cambiaso and Chelsea are now trying to structure their deal for the Italy international.
La Gazzetta dello Sport report this evening that discussions between the two clubs are now heating up.
The full-back is a key part of those talks but talks have broadened to also include Nicolas Jackson in a deal. Barcelona are also competing for the Italian and would be happy to offer Ronald Araujo as part of their move.
But it is the Blues who are making progress, as they will be happy to offer a fee of โฌ27 million to โฌ28 million. This is enough to give hope to Juve that some more negotiations can be held but it is only a starting point. The Old Lady want more and that is why Jackson could be part of the deal.
His addition will help Chelsea meet Cambiasoโs asking price and beat Barcelona to his signature.
