Juventus ready to listen to offers for Fabio Miretti

Serie A side Juventus are no strangers to selling talents for the sake of boosting their finances and could now do the same for Fabio Miretti.

La Gazzetta dello Sport report that Giovanni Carnevaliโ€™s first transfer move forย Juventus will be a financial one. In order to comply with UEFA regulations, a capital gain of approximately โ‚ฌ13 million will need to be earned by June 30th. This will be necessary for Financial Fair Play reasons, thus closing the 2025/26 financial year, within the established path to break even in 2027/28.

The club awaits the official confirmation of the new settlement agreement, which will arrive in the coming days and will continue to oblige the club to keep its accounts in order.ย

Miretti is at the top of the list to leave. He is seeking more game time and wants to make a leap to the next level. Bologna are interested and he would be keen on the move too.

The Rossoblu are prepared to offer โ‚ฌ14 million but as part of this, Bologna also want to sell Jhon Lucumi to Bologna. So far, there is a gap in valuation between the two clubs for the Colombian.ย

Lucumรฌ has a โ‚ฌ28 million release clause, which can be released in July. Bologna is willing to offer a discount in the event of a major deal, but the deal must be significant for the clubโ€™s financials. A left-footed defender is useful to Juventus, and the Colombian fits the bill, but Continassa would like to keep costs as low as possible. This is why, alongside the hottest transfer window, Juventus is listening to other potential deals to pave the way for a final settlement.
