Juventus set for key contact for Bournemouthโ€™s Marcos Senesi

Juventus are looking to make a decisive move for Bournemouth defender Marcos Senesi, with a crucial meeting scheduled for this weekend.

According to TuttoJuve, the Bianconeri hierarchy is ready to accelerate negotiations to secure the Argentine center-back, whose contract is set to expire in the summer of 2026.

The clubโ€™s management will hold direct talks with Senesiโ€™s entourage to outline a formal proposal and beat the significant competition for his signature. Juventus view the 28-year-old as a priority reinforcement for Luciano Spallettiโ€™s defensive line, especially as he could be available on a free transfer at the end of the season.

However, the race for the defender is intense. Several Premier League clubs, including Manchester United, Chelsea, Tottenham, Everton, and Crystal Palace, have expressed interest in keeping him in England.

Beyond the Premier League, Barcelona have also made inquiries, while Borussia Dortmund see him as a potential replacement for Nico Schlotterbeck. Despite this wide array of suitors, Juventus are moving swiftly to place themselves at the front of the queue and finalize an agreement before the market heats up further in the summer.
