Napoli vs Torino: Team news and predicted line-up

After sealing a narrow victory over Hellas Verona last weekend, Napoli continue their quest for a top-four finish when they meet Torino this Friday.

Napoli:

The Neapolitansโ€™ head coach Antonio Conte has a long list of injuries to deal with before selecting his starting eleven, as has been the case for most of this season. Napoliโ€™s Scudetto defence has lost its momentum since league leaders Inter pulled 10 points clear of second-placed Milan and 14 points clear of the current champions.ย

Frank Anguissa, Scott McTominay and Kevin De Bruyne returned to training from their respective injuries, but they will still require time to recover fully. Midfielder Stanislav Lobotka is set to miss a couple of matches due to a recent knock. Rasmus Hojlund needs a goal to reach double figures this campaign for Napoli.ย

Torino:

I Granata will come into this match to do the double over Napoli after securing a 1-0 victory in the reverse fixture earlier in the season. A 2-0 win over Lazio last week helped newly appointed coach Roberto Dโ€™Aversa make his perfect debut.ย

The Partenopei loanee Giovanni Simeone is set to start the match and reach 100 goal contributions in the Serie A. Dโ€™Aversa is expected to have his entire squad available for the match, as Tino Anjorin and Che Adams have recovered from their injuries.

Here are the predicted line-ups for the match, according to Tuttosport:

Napoli (3-4-2-1): Meret; Beukema, Buongiorno, Juan Jesus; Politano, Gilmour, Elmas, Spinazzola; Vergara, Santos; Hojlund.

Torino (3-5-2): Paleari; Ismajli, Coco, Ebosse; Lazaro, Gineitis, Prati, Vlasic, Obrador; Simeone, Zapata.
