Pasquale Mazzocchi doesnโt want to leave Napoli despite interest from Bologna. As per Gianluca Di Marzio, a contract renewal is being prepared.
Napoli continue their search for a right-back, and following the acquisition of Giovane, the Partenopei and Bologna are also exploring the possibility of a Mazzocchi-Holm swap.
The 30-year-old, however, has no intention of leaving Campania, despite the Rossobluโs interest. At least until June, there are no signs that Mazzocchi will leave Napoli.
Antonio Conte has given Mazzocchi little opportunity this season. Heโs made just nine appearances in all competitions this term, which is a stark contrast from the previous campaignโs 22 outings.
Regarding the other player in the deal, the Swedish Emil Holm has turned out 11 times for the eighth-placed Bologna, registering a goal and four assists in that time.
The 16-time Sverige international has impressed under Vincenzo Italiano and has already bettered 2024/25โs output of one goal and assist across Serie A, the Coppa Italia and the Champions League.
