Roma are pushing to secure a deal for Radu Dragusin, though Tottenham’s strict conditions and interest from the Bundesliga are making the negotiations difficult.
According to ASRomaLive, the Romanian defender has expressed a clear desire to return to Italy and has prioritized a move to the capital. While RB Leipzig have been pursuing him for several weeks and have the funds to complete a permanent transfer immediately, the player is currently holding out for a move to Roma.
The primary obstacle remains the structure of the transfer. While Roma would prefer a loan with an option to buy, Spurs are currently refusing to entertain that formula. The London club is insisting on more guaranteed terms, demanding that any loan deal must include a mandatory purchase clause.
Dragusin is now waiting for Roma to make a fresh move, hoping that further negotiations will convince Tottenham to soften their stance and facilitate his return to Serie A.
