Mourinho: Zlatan “doesn’t make any sense” for Tottenham

Despite his new club being linked with a move for Zlatan Ibrahimovic, new Tottenham boss Jose Mourinho insists there is no truth to the rumours he could be reunited with his former Inter forward.

This seems to be good news for Bologna and AC Milan, both of whom are reportedly chasing the Swedish forward.

“Zlatan is an amazing player, an amazing guy, but I would say there’s no chance,” the Coach said at a press conference on Monday. “We have the best striker in England. It doesn’t make any sense of a striker of Zlatan’s dimensions, a striker in his thirties but who can play at any club in the world, to come to a club where we have Harry Kane.”
