Inter announced the signature of Cédric Soares from Southampton on loan with the option to buy.
The 27-year-old right-back was on both Portugal squads at the 2016 UEFA EURO and the 2018 World Cup.
Soares made over 100 appearances for Southampton after joining in the summer of 2015.
