Speaking to Sky Sport Italia after his side’s 2-1 win over Sampdoria last night, Inter playmaker Christian Eriksen remained confident about Inter’s Scudetto chances, while giving a frank review of his own performance.
“Of course I have to improve on some things, for example when it comes to finishing – I consider the goal against Napoli to be a lucky shot rather than a goal. That said, I’m happy with how things are going. I’m proud to be at Inter and of the fact that the club wanted me.”
“I think the Scudetto is still possible. Everyone has been very welcoming with me, even if it’s sad that the supporters can’t be here. I’m getting used to this reality and I’m happy with the mentality I’ve found.”
