Inter’s Sensi suffers possible knee ligament damage

Inter midfielder Stefano Sensi has possibly picked up a knee ligament injury in the club’s game against Sampdoria.

Corriere dello Sport state that some shots during the game showed Sensi being in tears and the initial diagnosis of the injury suggests that he has damaged his collateral ligament of the knee. The Italian will undergo tests in the morning on Monday to know about the injury further.

The hope at the club is that the injury is only a sprain and not a rupture and if that’s the case, the midfielder will take about four to six weeks to recover.
