Serie A side Napoli could be left to seek a change to the venue of their Europa League game against Leicester City.
Il Mattino have reported today that Napoli’s away game at the King Power Stadium could be an issue for the club since the UK government has imposed some restrictions on players coming from the red list nations.
The Partenopei have a host of players from that list in their side and that includes David Ospina, Kalidou Koulibaly, Victor Osimhen and they also have Andre-Frank Zambo Anguissa now. All of them hail from red list nations and this can cause diplomatic issues.
The report says that the Naples club are seeking to find a solution and if they can’t find one, they’d request the authorities to schedule the game for a neutral venue.
