Milan sporting director Paolo Maldini has confirmed that the club has been talking for Franck Kessie’s agents for an year and a half.
With the Rossoneri set to face Juventus on Sunday, Maldini was asked by DAZN about Kessie and his situation at the club and his contractual status.
Maldini spoke about whether he talked to Kessie’s or Jurgen Klopp more after the Liverpool defeat and he responded: “If I talked more with Klopp or Kessie’s agent? Klopp. We have been talking to Kessie’s agents for an year and a half. There have been many occassions and there will be more.”
Kessie’s current deal expires in the summer of 2022 and the Rossoneri are yet to meet the asking price for the player’s agents.
