Roma could sign Genoa star soon, meeting expected

Roma and Genoa could reach an agreement for Eldor Shomurodov soon, with a meeting now scheduled to take place today.

Journalist Daniele Longo has reported about the Uzbek star’s future, claiming that the Genoa man’s agents and Roma’s Tiago Pinto will meet today to find an agreement over a contract.

Genoa are said to want a fee of €20 million to sell Shomurodov and there is a possibility that Roma can insert a player in the deal to lower the value and essentially facilitate the deal.

This comes after it was reported by Calciomercato that Roma want to pay a fee of €15 million for the forward, with Genoa already looking to sign Ukraine international Vladislav Supryaga as a replacement for the Uzbek star.
