Roma could sign Genoa star soon, meeting expected

Roma and Genoa could reach an agreement for Eldor Shomurodov soon, with a meeting now scheduled to take place today.

Journalist Daniele Longo has reported about the Uzbek starโ€™s future, claiming that the Genoa manโ€™s agents and Romaโ€™s Tiago Pinto will meet today to find an agreement over a contract.

Genoa are said to want a fee of โ‚ฌ20 million to sell Shomurodov and there is a possibility that Roma can insert a player in the deal to lower the value and essentially facilitate the deal.

This comes after it was reported by Calciomercato that Roma want to pay a fee of โ‚ฌ15 million for the forward, with Genoa already looking to sign Ukraine international Vladislav Supryaga as a replacement for the Uzbek star.
