Bologna star Mattias Svanberg finds himself at the crossroads at Bologna, who want to hand him a new deal and sell him on for a profit.
Corriere dello Sport claim that Bologna have an agreement with Svanberg’s agent that he will be sold for a profit once the new deal is signed but if the player has wishes of seeing his contract expire, Bologna will have to sell him on in the summer.
The 22-year-old’s contract at Bologna runs out in the summer of 2023 and there is a belief that Svanberg owes Bologna some gratitude and could be willing to sign a new deal. Spurs are interested in him but the choice is now for Joey Saputo to make, as to whether he would sell the player on for financial gains.
