Borussia Monchengladbach midfielder Denis Zakaria is interested in a move to Roma after having rejected multiple contract advances from the Foals.
This comes from Corriere dello Sport today, who claim that while Roma have denied their interest in the Swissman, the player is now a number one target for the Giallorossi. He has expressed his interest in the move too and Tiago Pinto has made several contacts to lay the groundwork for a move.
The player could even seek a move in January, even though his contract runs out next summer. Roma are planning to offer Gladbach around €5-€6 million plus a future resale fee. Apart from Roma, several Premier League and Bundesliga clubs also like the player but Roma are looking to find the final agreement.
