Atletico Madrid, Sevilla and Valencia interested in Lazio’s Luis Alberto

Spanish sides Atletico Madrid, Sevilla and Valencia are interested in the possibility of signing Lazio midfielder Luis Alberto.

The ex-Liverpool man was someone that Lazio were looking to sell in the summer as well but no one coughed up enough funds for them to accept a bid. But Lazio want to sell him now, as it will open up some possibilities in their transfer market and unblock their liquidity index issue.

La Gazzetta dello Sport claim that while Lazio wanted €30 million last summer, they want €20 million now and they do not want to think about a dry loan deal. Sevilla were interested in the summer and they are still interested, with Isco having departed the club recently and they are seeking a replacement for him.

Atletico Madrid are also interested and as for Valencia, Luis Alberto is Rino Gattuso’s demand. The midfielder’s sale will make sure that Maurizio Sarri signs a new left-back and a new back-up striker.
