Authorities ask for suspension for Tottenham’s Paratici and Juventus management

The trial for the capital gains case in Italian football is underway and authorities have recommended suspensions for Tottenham’s Fabio Paratici and specific members of the current Juventus management.

La Gazzetta dello Sport, amongst other outlets, have stated that Paratici signed 32 contracts with inflated monetary values and the authorities have recommended a 16 month ban for the Italian. Ten days of inhibition have also have been recommended.

There has been a request to suspend Federico Cherubini from operations for six month, Pavel Nedved for eight months, Andrea Agnelli for 12 months and Maurizio Arrivabene for eight months. There has been a recommended to impose a fine of 800k on the Bianconeri.

There has been a request to suspend Napoli’s Aurelio de Laurentiis for 11 months and Massimo Ferrero for eight months.
