Juventus are said to be working on the signing of Chelsea’s Jorginho, with Paris Saint-Germain and Barcelona also said to be interested in the Italy international.
La Repubblica claim that Federico Cherubini is working on the potential signing of Jorginho, with Max Allegri said to be demanding the signing of the ex-Napoli man from Chelsea. Allegri would already have a place in the team reserved for the midfielder.
There is no lack of competition for the player, with PSG, Barcelona and even Milan mentioned as potential candidates for his signature. But the player’s agent Joao Santos has opened up to a move back to Italy and Juventus are one of the top options as Jorginho’s next destination.
One issue for Juve is the salary demand of the 30-year-old, who wants €7 million per season. But it is suggested that despite the demand being high, it is in line with the salary cap imposed by Juve.
