Barcelona have already been in touch with the agent of Milan midfielder Franck Kessie and they remain interested in the player.
La Gazzetta dello Sport claim that Kessie and Milan remain quite far apart, when it comes to chances of signing a new deal at the club. Chances have been described as ‘minimal’ and that they are getting lower with passing time.
His name appeals to clubs in England, Inter, Juventus, PSG and to Barcelona. Kessie isn’t the only name that Barca have been monitoring so far but they have made contact with his entourage already to know about the finances of a potential move. Kessie knows how much he would earn in a potential payment package at Barca too.
Barca want to move at the right time to kill the competition that they could face in the summer. Barca know that they will have to negotiate at around €8 million per season – something Milan have failed to offer so far.
The Rossoneri aren’t relying on the player and are already working to potentially replace him.
