Serie A side Fiorentina are said to be ready to make an offer for Tottenham’s Giovanni Lo Celso.
Gianluca di Marzio has reported that Lo Celso is leaving Spurs this summer and Fiorentina are interested, and so are Villarreal. The Spanish side would like to bring him back to Spain but La Viola would be ready to make an offer for the Argentine as well.
Fiorentina would like to sign him an initial loan move worth €2 million with the option to buy set at €20 million next summer. Rocco Commisso is expected to arrive in Italy soon and he is expected to arrive in the middle of this week. That is when an offer will be presented to Tottenham.
The player has already opened up to the possibility of moving to Italy this summer but his priority currently remains Villarreal, whose manager Unai Emery is pressing for the signing. Villarreal’s offer was made but they have not closed a move and that is why Fiorentina are trying to enter the fray. Lo Celso is also attracting interest from Lazio and Napoli, as things stand.
