Ahead of the Turin derby, Max Allegriโs Juventus are heading into a must-win game for the Bianconeri.
Fabiana della Valle has reported about Allegriโs future at the Bianconeri, stating that the club expects an immediate turnaround in results and that has to begin from the Torino game onwards and there is an expectation that there is a string of victories.
A collapse could force the club to intervene and seriously consider Allegriโs position, but the club currently believe that the best time to assess the current season will be during the World Cup break. Not being in a position to qualify for next seasonโs Champions League will be a massive blow to the finances and there is a feeling that leaving it to January will be too late.
Juveโs last game before the World Cup will be against Maurizio Sarriโs Lazio and the Italian will have a chance to end Allegriโs reign at his former club. But that will only depend on whether the Bianconeriโs results improve from here on and if they donโt, Allegriโs job will be in immediate threat.
