How much time will Max Allegri get at Juventus?

Ahead of the Turin derby, Max Allegri’s Juventus are heading into a must-win game for the Bianconeri.

Fabiana della Valle has reported about Allegri’s future at the Bianconeri, stating that the club expects an immediate turnaround in results and that has to begin from the Torino game onwards and there is an expectation that there is a string of victories.

A collapse could force the club to intervene and seriously consider Allegri’s position, but the club currently believe that the best time to assess the current season will be during the World Cup break. Not being in a position to qualify for next season’s Champions League will be a massive blow to the finances and there is a feeling that leaving it to January will be too late.

Juve’s last game before the World Cup will be against Maurizio Sarri’s Lazio and the Italian will have a chance to end Allegri’s reign at his former club. But that will only depend on whether the Bianconeri’s results improve from here on and if they don’t, Allegri’s job will be in immediate threat.
