Inter have agreement for move involving Lazio defender

Inter have an agreement with Lazio defender Luiz Felipe, who is not looking to sign a new deal with the Biancocelesti anymore.

La Lazio Siamo Noi have reported that while there was hope that the defender would sign a new deal at the club, the defender has chosen not to renew the deal after Lazio failed to reach the demands of the player for the new contract.

The club had offered €2 million per season plus bonuses and hoped that Luiz Felipe will agree but he hasn’t. Instead, Beppe Marotta has convinced the player to sign a five-year deal with Inter worth €2.7 million per season – bonuses included.

This matches the demand of the player, who would now be closing in a move to Inter. Simone Inzaghi sees him as a reliable back-up defender and the player has given his approval to a move already.
