The Inter man is quite determined to accept Juve’s latest offer, with the Bianconeri having put forward a two-year deal worth €6 million per season. The player is keen on proving his professionalism for Inter by putting in big performances in crucial games – as he did against Cagliari.
His agents have planned a meeting with Piero Ausilio and Beppe Marotta at the end of the campaign but the Nerazzurri have resigned themselves to losing the player to Inter.
The ex-Bundesliga star has been one of the club’s most impressive players this season by contributing to 14 goals in 34 Serie A games. Chelsea and Newcastle United have been linked with the player too.
