Inter’s Perisic agrees contract with Chelsea

Inter wing-back Ivan Perisic is said to have agreed a contract with Premier League side Chelsea.

Sportmediaset‘s Sandro Sabatini has provided an update about the situation of Perisic, claiming that there has been movement regarding the future of the Croatian. It is stated that he has already practically agreed a contract with the former Champions League winners.

Chelsea’s contract offer was at €4.5 million per season, which has eclipsed Inter’s contract offer for the ex-Borrusia Dortmund man. It is a two-year deal that the Blues have put forward, with final details for a move yet to ironed out. It is stated that it would be a ‘sensational twist’ if the player does not move to Stamford Bridge.

The wing-back has been one of Inter’s best players this season and recent reports have stated that there is still a gap in valuation between Inter’s offer and Perisic’s demand for a new deal.
