Juventus identify four alternatives to Milinkovic-Savic, including stars from Chelsea, PSG, and Barcelona

Juventus have shortlisted four midfielders as alternatives to potential summer transfer target Sergej Milinkovic-Savic.

A report from La Gazzetta dello Sport record that Juventus are keeping an eye on Chelsea’s Jorginho, Lille’s Renato Sanches, Paris Saint-Germain’s Leandro Paredes, and Barcelona’s Frenkie de Jong ahead of the summer transfer window.

The report claims that contacts with Jorginho’s agent, Joao Santos, have already reached an advanced stage, but uncertainty over Chelsea’s ownership has made the situation much more complicated.

Paredes and Sanches, however, are considered the less popular options among the four alternatives. Sanches has been linked with a summer move to Milan.

It is further suggested that Adrien Rabiot could end up staying at Juventus, while Arthur could part ways with the Turin-based club.

Frenkie de Jong is understandably seen as an alternative to Sergej Milinkovic-Savic, who has also been on the radar of Manchester United for months. But Barcelona’s asking price for the Dutchman is regarded as too expensive by the Bianconeri hierarchy.
