Lazio boss Sarri gives ultimatum to Igli Tare

Lazio boss Maurizio Sarri has now given an ultimatum to the club’s sporting director Igli Tare.

Il Messaggero today have look at Lazio’s internal situation and the disagreements between the manager and the club’s board.

They claim that Sarri has given an ultimatum to Tare saying that in June, either he will stay or the club’s sporting director will stay. That essentially means that Sarri doesn’t want to work with Tare and he would leave if he does stay at the club.

It is stated that there is a lot of incompatability between the two, causing frustration and friction. Sarri wanted to have more of a say in the signings made, which he didn’t have.

The club’s fans have planned for a protest tomorrow at 1PM outside Formello and they will make their opinions known.
