Manchester Unitedโs recent meeting with Juventus midfielder Adrien Rabiot brought about a negative outcome.
The Bianconeri have agreed a fee with United for a move involving Rabiot but personal terms have not been agreed. United did suffer a setback recently, as Rabiot is not convinced about the move.
La Repubblica have now followed up on the information, claiming that a meeting took place between the Red Devils and Rabiotโs entourage today. But the outcome was a negative one largely because there remains a big distance between the two parties.
United are offering โฌ7 million per season, whereas the Frenchman wants โฌ10 million plus bonuses. New contacts though, could take place tomorrow and United will try to unblock the negotiations.
Previously, it has been reported that Rabiot is also looking to play Champions League football and Unitedโs absence makes him feel unconvinced about the club as his next destination this summer.
