Milan want to sign Renato Sanches this summer, with the player reportedly deciding on a move to Italy.
Journalist Daniele Longoย claims that Milan have already agreed on a deal to sign Renato Sanches ahead of the summer transfer window. For the services of the midfielder, the Rossoneri have reportedly agreed to pay Lille an initial transfer fee of โฌ20million plus bonuses of around โฌ5million.
However, the Italian club is yet to receive a green light from the playerโs agent, Jorge Mendes. It is understood that Mendes is waiting for Milan to get their new ownership. As per the reports, Investcorp is closing in on purchasing the club from the Elliot management.ย
Sanches has chosen to join the Rossoneri and play again with his former teammate in Mike Maignan. The report further clarifies that the former Swansea City star is close to agreeing on a salary lower than โฌ5million in his new contract at Milan. The talks over an agreement have seen healthy developments over the last few days.
