OFFICIAL | Paulo Dybala leaves Juventus

Juventus have now officially announced the departure of Paulo Dybala as La Joya’s contract with the Bianconeri comes to an end.

Addressing the occasion, Juventus shared a farewell message for Dybala on their official website. It reads:

“It arrived that he was a young and talented promise, and now he greets Juve bringing with him a wealth of experiences that have made him the champion he is; Paulo Dybala’s career will in fact continue away from Turin.

“A great path, the one lived together, made up not only of goals and victories, but of great plays, unforgettable nights, performances of absolute quality.

“And for all this we will always thank him.

“Good luck, indeed, suerte, Joya!”

Paulo Dybala’s departure marked the end of a relationship that lasted for around seven years. Signed from Palermo in 2015, La Joya scored 115 goals from 293 appearances for the Old Lady.

Thanks to that, the diminutive playmaker shares the 10th berth with Roberto Baggio in the list of the club’s all-time leading goalscorers.

With Juve, the 28-year-old won five Scudetti, four Coppa Italia, and three Supercoppa Italiana titles. He also received the honour of the most valuable player in Serie A for the 2019/20 season.
