Pacific Media Group have contacted Hellas Verona about buying stakes in the Serie A side.
Verona finished ninth in the Serie A last season and the Gialloblu finished nine points behind Fiorentina, who acquired a place in the UEFA Europa Conference League for next season.
According to sources contacted by Get Italian Football News, Pacific Media Group have been in contacted about potentially acquiring a stake in the Verona-based club.Â
Earlier this year, PMG had acquired a ten percent stake in German club FC Kaiserslautern and closer to the end of last year, they had acquired Dutch team FC Den Bosch as well. It was stated that the Dutch side were their 7th acquisition in football, as PMG already have stakes in Danish club Esbjerg FB and French side Nancy. They also previously acquired stakes in English side Barnsley. Belgian side Oostende are also part of PMG’s stable currently.
