Liverpool take on Napoli at Anfield later today, with both teams having qualified for the next round of the UEFA Champions League.
The Partenopei have already taken on the Reds once and they managed to put four past Jurgen Klopp’s side, picking up a dominating 4-1 win over the Maradona. Luciano Spalletti’s side have been one of the most impressive teams in the Champions League so far, having scored the most number of goals so far in the competition. They have also been arguably the best team in all of Europe’s top five leagues.
Liverpool meanwhile, come into the game at the back of two consecutive Premier League defeats. They lost to Nottingham Forest and lost to Leeds United this weekend, as Italy international Wilfried Gnonto was heavily involved in the Whites’ late winner.
But the game allows Napoli another chance to extend their impressive record against Liverpool, with the Reds having beaten the Italian outfit only once.
Here is how Sky Italia expect Napoli to line-up at Anfield:
Alex Meret; Di Lorenzo. Kim Min-Jae, Leo Ostigard, Mathias Olivera; Stanislav Lobotka, Tanguy Ndombele, Piotr Zielinski; Matteo Politano, Victor Osimhen, Khvicha Kvaratskhelia.
