Premier League side West Ham make first offer for Sassuolo’s Gianluca Scamacca

West Ham United have now put forward their first offer to sign Sassuolo’s Gianluca Scamacca, amidst interest from Paris Saint-Germain.

Gianluca di Marzio has reported that Scamacca has been attracting the attention of multiple European sides and while PSG have been trying to sign him for a while now, West Ham have now entered the race for the Italian.

The Hammers have already put forward their first offer, as they have made a bid of around €40 million and both clubs are now discussing the bonuses that they would want in the deal. It is stated that the possibility of Scamacca heading to West Ham instead of PSG is rather concrete.

PSG continue to have a distance in valuation, when it comes to Sassuolo’s demand of €50 million for the striker. PSG’s offer was at €30 million plus bonuses of €5 million. That distance is yet to be bridged by the Ligue 1 giants.
