The price tag of Roma’s Nicolo Zaniolo has been reported, amidst firm interest from Juventus in signing him in the summer.
La Gazzetta dello Sport confirmed today that the Italian is Juve’s prime summer transfer target. They state that two meetings with the entourage of the player have been held, so that the Old Lady could express their interest in the player.
They state that Zaniolo’s act of liking the Instagram posts of several Juve players after their win over Empoli is a sign of reciprocation from the Italy international.
They claim that while Fabio Paratici had valued Zaniolo at €40 million in the famous ‘pizzino’ reveal, his value has now gone up to €50 million. Juventus, if they qualify for the Champions League, will be able to spend €80 million in the summer and that could increase depending on the sales.
The renewals of Paulo Dybala and Matthijs de Ligt are yet to come about and they could leave in the summer, which give Juve more finances.
