Roma ready to reject Juventus’ offer Nicolo Zaniolo

Nicolo Zaniolo‘s future is full of uncertainties. Juventus want to sign him on loan plus an obligation for redemption but remain reluctant to pay Giallorossi’s asking price for the creative playmaker.

Today’s print edition of Il Tempo (via Tutto Juve) has claimed that Roma will reject Juventus’ upcoming offer for Nicolo Zaniolo.

The report understands that Juventus are preparing an initial offer of around €10 million plus an obligation to buy worth €30 million for the player. But it is also suggested that Roma will reject the proposal. Milan have also stopped pursuing the services of the former Inter man.

The Giallorossi will not accept a player in exchange for Zaniolo either, with Tiago Pinto demanding an all-cash deal. As reported previously, Zaniolo has agreed to a four-year contract with Juventus. But the Piedmontese side is yet to convince Roma to sell the player.

Jose Mourinho has reportedly given his consent to a sale for the Italy international. The manager doesn’t see him as someone fundamental for his project at the Roman club.

Roma wish to re-invest some part of the €50 million in the potential arrival of Paulo Dybala, a player liked by Jose Mourinho.

But if they fail to find an agreement with Juventus over a transfer for the 23-year-old this summer, there is a possibility of Zaniolo staying put at his current destination for another season.

The left-footed flashy forward scored a goal in Roma’s lastest friendly against Sunderland.
