Serie A side Milan to close in Fikayo Tomori contract renewal soon

Serie A side Milan and centre-back Fikayo Tomori are reportedly engaged in final discussions over a contract renewal for the Englishman.

Gianluca di Marzio reported about the Rossoneri initiating discussions over renewing the player’s contract last month and now a recent update states that the final details are set to be sought out before Tomori signs his new contract with Milan which would keep him in the club until 2027.

“Yes, I like everything about Milan, even the city, the Champions League nights……” – were the words of the defender, representing his keenness to continue at San Siro and his desire is set to become a reality within the next few crucial hours.

Tomori’s agents are currently en route from England and will be reviewing the final details of their client’s contract extension after which he will put pen to paper. The 24-year-old’s current contract was set to expire in the summer of 2025 and his renewal is a cautionary measure from Milan in order to wander off interest from other clubs.
