Victor Osimhen grabs sensational hat-trick v Sassuolo

Napoli’s Victor Osimhen grabbed a sensational hat-trick for the Partenopei in their Serie A win over Sassuolo.

Osimhen got two goals in the first-half against the Neroverdi, with his second goal coming in the second half at the Diego Armando Maradona Stadium. His goals played a decisive role in Napoli’s 4-0 win over Alessio Dionisi’s Sassuolo.

It was Osimhen’s first hat-trick of his Napoli career, as two goals were set up by Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, who grabbed a couple of assists and scored one goal in the first half. The Georgian also sparkled but was taken off before Osimhen grabbed his third goal.

Osimhen has impressed this season and the Nigerian has seven Serie A goals this season and he also has one Champions League goal. He also has one assist to his name.

He has been linked with a move to Manchester United and Jorge Mendes had tried to swap the striker and Cristiano Ronaldo in the summer.
