Details emerge as Fiorentina seal move for Juventus’ Arthur

Fiorentina have now all but sealed their move for Juventus midfielder Arthur, who will join on an initial loan deal.

Alfredo Pedulla has reported that there is now a total agreement between the two clubs regarding the move involving the Brazilian. Juve have agreed to pay almost all the wages of the midfielder, but Fiorentina will pay a wage depending on any performance related bonuses.

La Viola will pay a loan fee of €2 million and they have the option to buy set at €20 million. Initially, Juve were only willing to pay the 70 to 75 percent of his wage but later agreed to pay a higher amount to make sure that Arthur plays regularly. The midfielder is said to have a fan in La Viola boss Vincenzo Italiano, who was keen on having him in the side.

Despite signing Arthur, Fiorentina will still look to sign a midfielder if Sofyan Amrabat departs this summer.
