Inter gaining confidence in move for Bayern Munich’s Benjamin Pavard

Inter’s confidence is increasing in the deal for Benjamin Pavard. The Nerazzurri are continuing with optimism in the negotiation after recent developments, according to Gianluca di Marzio.

The player is pushing for the closing of the deal, even though it is difficult for the deal to happen quickly, now that the season is underway. Tomorrow, Monday, August 21, could be an important day. Both clubs are keen on making the transfer happen.

Inter got their league campaign off to a winning start on Saturday, with a 2-0 win over Monza. Lautaro Martinez bagged both goals, as Inter started a campaign in which they will once again be aiming for the title come the end of the season.

Pavard will likely be competing for a spot in the starting eleven with Denzel Dumfries, although the Frenchman can also slot in at centre back, which will be useful for Inter later in the season.
