Inter increase offer for West Ham’s Gianluca Scamacca amidst Atalanta interest

Inter remain keen on signing West Ham’s Gianluca Scamacca and have now increased their offer for the Italian striker.

Sky Italia have reported about the Nerazzurri’s chase of the Hammers star, stating that Scamacca wants to join Inter but competition from Atalanta has made sure that Inter have to rush and hurry in their approach for the ex-Sassuolo man.

As a result, they have been forced to increase their bid and are now offering €24 million plus bonuses of €4 million. While it remains unknown whether West Ham will accept the bid or not, it has come close to the demands of the London side, who want close to €25 million plus bonuses of €5 million for the player.

When it comes to Inter’s chase for a new goalkeeper, today is a vital day to understand whether Bayern Munich accept their bid for Yann Sommer or not. If Bayern don’t accept the bid, it seems likely that Inter will trigger the Swiss goalkeeper’s release clause and sign him.
