Inter’s Milan Skriniar set to join Paris Saint-Germain

Inter defender Milan Skriniar is set to join Paris Saint-Germain even though the Nerazzurri have rejected an offer from the Parisiens this month.

Gianluca di Marzio has reported that PSG did make an offer for the Slovakian, whose contract expires in the summer. They offered about €10 million to Inter, who didn’t believe that the fee matched their valuation for the player. They want atleast double of that to sell him this month instead of losing him for nothing in the summer.

Skriniar already has an agreement to join PSG in the summer and it is now only a matter when he joins the club – this month or in the summer.

Inter have already looked at potential replacements this month and one of them is Tiago Djalo from Lille, who are not looking to sell him this month. Another name is Victor Lindelof and so is Chris Smalling, who is yet to sign a new deal with Roma. Signing the Swede from Manchester United remains a complicated task.
