Roma boss Jose Mourinho is now expected to leave the Giallorossi at the conclusion of the current season.
There has been a fair amount of speculation about Mourinho’s future at Roma, with reports stating recently that his future will be decided after the Europa League final against Sevilla.
But Il Messaggero today (via TMW) have reported that Mourinho seems to have already made his decision and his time at the Giallorossi might already be over. The Portuguese has been suspended for the last game of the league season against Spezia and we might have seen Mourinho on the touchline in the Serie A for the last time as the Roma boss.
There is a feeling that the club also know about Mourinho’s decision to leave but they are not willing to leak anything about his future till the Europa League final is played next week.
Roma will now finish outside the top four and that was confirmed after their loss to Fiorentina yesterday. It has been previously reported that Mourinho would leave the Giallorossi if they finish outside the top four.
