Manchester United expected to increase offer for Inter’s André Onana

While Manchester United are yet to agree a deal with Inter for goalkeeper André Onana, they could soon come close to meeting the Nerazzurri’s price tag for the player.

United have had a bid of about €45 million pegged back by the Nerazzurri for Onana, with Inter demanding €60 million including bonuses for the 27-year-old.

Sky Italia (via Daniele Mari) claim that Inter’s demand is still quite the same but those close to United are confident that the Red Devils will soon adjust their offer and take it upto €52 million. That development can take place in the next few days. United remain in talks with Inter to potentially agree a fee, with the previous offer being a verbal one.

Personal terms are not expected to be a problem in the move, with Onana said to be quite interested in the move. Erik ten Hag has managed the goalkeeper during his time at Ajax and he would be eager to reunite with him at United.
