Manchester United rejected the chance to sign Adrien Rabiot as they were asked to pay a premium figure for the Frenchman.
Carlo Laudisa has reported that while Rabiot has signed a new deal with Juve, the midfielderโs mother-agent had asked for a โฌ10 million per season wage on a three-year deal from United. She had also asked for a hefty signing-on bonus of around โฌ10 million.
United immediately refused and amidst that refusal, Juveโs contract offer came and those around Rabiot liked what was on the plate.
He will earn โฌ7 million per season and if conditions for a bonuses are met, he could earn โฌ8 million per season. He feels very comfortable at Juve and he enjoys the liking of Max Allegri, who played a key role in the signing of the deal. Because of Growth Decree, Juve are also saving up some funds and that makes it a favourable situation for the Bianconeri.
